Paperless Closer®

A new way for you to monitor your transactions, providing you with 24-hour access to view the progress of your transactions, view and print documents, and place new orders.

Paperless Closer® is an add-on module to our RamQuest® software that allows Attorneys Title Insurance Agency of Aspen, LLC, to interact with our customers via the internet.  Users are issued a user name and password to enable them to log onto Paperless Closer® via the internet and view the most up-to-date order information.

Realtors, customers, and lenders can view order details such a contact information, property information, file status, and order documents. Additionally, we can set up Paperless Closer to automatically e-mail authorized parties when events occur with your order. This facilitates the communication link between us and all authorized parties regarding the status of the order.
